Large-scale hangar built to study KUROMUKURO in greater detail.
Fetters were originally fixed in place under the assumption that KUROMUKURO would not be activated. But since the Efi Dorg attack, the hangar has been reconfigured to enable quick release and landing with mobile fetters.
